Also, there may be an unexpected and amicable resolution/outcome to all of this. I'll provide details if/when there are any further details to provide. Thank you to those of you who have been encouraging and proactive in this matter.
I am so glad to hear that there may be a positive resolution to this situation. While I have only had dealings with Nelson Farms @ SUNY Morrisville and have never had an issue, there does seem to be something amiss in academia in general.

I have seen many examples of colleges assigning learning projects to students and then not teaching them ethics as an important part of their education.

The Oneida Daily Dispatch has published an article about all of this and they did a very good job of it. Here is the Link if you would like to read it.

I might be persona non grata to seedspreader and Herrick, but I agree. This is a much better resolution that a "How far does my yellow stream go?" match.

It never was a "How far does my yellow stream go?" match and would not have become one. I don't personally know Herrick, but from reading his blog for years I know he is not that kind of guy. Glad to hear you got the acknowledgment you deserve, Herrick!

LOL, no Mr. Chickpea, nothing of the sort. It's just called debate, nothing personal on my end.
