Look around and don't settle for anything but the best for you.I looked around for 5 years and found a place that is right for us. It is quiet and have lots of room for anything we want to do. No neighbors within a mile or so and in an area that is not crime ridden. I knew for sure when I had trouble with my pickup and went to a neighbor and ask him to pick up a part for me and he tossed the keys to another pickup and said go and get it for your self.
