Do a search for Scentsy. My GF and my DD sell this product as a sideline. It is a container with a light bulb under a dish, you can change the scents out easily. I like leather, which is on again off again as far as availability, oxford, and hemmingway. No worry about flames, so good for an office or school situation.

In candles, cowboy or cowtown, is a leather scent that really smells like leather. I forget the maker of that candle though.

Perhaps melt a beeswax candle down and stir in a little "doe in heat?"

In high school, a buddy of mine dumped some doe in heat down a heat register in class room right before the bell rang. Stunk it up offly bad for the next class.

I know--sounds like a Big Rock Pile story--just funning ya Big Rock

I make soy candles & make a sandalwood scent & it's a manly scent. My best selling man scent for soap also.

The tobacco scented ones are nice.....They DO NOT smell like cigarettes, cigars, or pipes.
My DH really likes them.

Yeah, an Old Spice Candle would be great for me.........
And, how about a Candle that smells like Hoppe's #9, gun oil
Or, maybe a Candle that smells like Remington Rem-oil....
Both of those would be okay.
Actually, I like the ones that smell like vanilla. It reminds me of French vanilla Ice cream.
Yummm.

Pine would last long enough for me to get it into a garbage can.

My question: was it you that suggested the candle and he said what he did just so you wouldn't get him a lilac one or something? or does he actually tell you he wanst one?
I'd buy him a new chainsaw or gunrack or something like that instead.
