I have such a high prescription that I pretty much have to spring for the ultra light, ultra thin lenses or I get a pretty bad tunnel vision, coke bottle, nose denting thing going on there. But I'd LOVE to spend less then 4-500 on a pair of glasses.
I need my glasses, really need them. Zenni has a choice of lens materials and explains which ones you need according to your prescription strength. I ordered what they said and was surprised how thin the lenses were.

For cheap reading glasses this place has some great spring type metal frames and the glasses hold up very good.

For the next 72 hours, www.googles4u.com is having a sale. Choose any pair or 4.99 frames (there are lots), add standard lenses ($20) then at check out use the code Glasses899. It will make the total just 8.99. Shipping is another 4.99. That code works on only 1 pair. Either make separate orders or use the code Deal30 for 30% off of the total price. You'll need to hurry as when they do this styles sell out pretty fast. I have ordered from them before and was satisfied. In fact I just ordered a few more pair a few minutes ago. I hope this helps someone save a few bucks.

Yep, I really need my glasses, I put them on before I get out of bed or I have trouble finding my pants. Last summer I was bush hogging and go to close to a tree and a limb knocked my glasses off. I had to get down on all four and crawl around feeling to find them.

We use Zenni and am very satisfied with quality and price My no line bi-focals in titanium frames was around $75.00.
