No Cabin, I don't have one, but I'm going to be looking. I've come across alot of cast in my days antiqueing, I just didn't have any idea that as many people liked as they do. I've learned that on this site, that's why it came into my head to sell some of what I have.
Wayne, I'm sorry I did't get a Better Picture for You!

After doing some reading up, you need to give us every bit of info on the peice you have, a diamond, numbers, the way the letters slant, every tiny thing.

When we married, DH had some iron cookware and I had two sets of it. He complained about having too much then, but doesn't any more I saw the cutest tiny one my neighbor has and I want one of those, too!

The tiny ones, fry pans under a 3, are the highest priced, maybe you should see what your neighbors pan says. The 2 little ones I have are actually little fry pan ashtrays. I've already called my Mom-the garage sale Queen, She has something new to look for me,instead of just canning jars!

Have you hunted on eBay yet, CF?
We use an old Griswold as our only waffle iron and I was curious what it would run me to get a second.
$80-200, depending upon quality, day, alignment of stars, etc.

You might be able to find JUST the base, though, fairly reasonably...

I do not know if this is against the forum rules, however, I would love to buy a few pieces. Alomu needs some cooking utensils.

Alomu has no idea of their worth and will not insult you with an offer. I would trust you to inform me of your price. PM me if you would sell to me in MO. Thanks, Alomu.

Wow, nice collection. I live in Indiana, but Michigan would be a bit too far to drive to purchase some pieces.

This is what I found in the dumpster:

I have been watching Ebay. I have let a couple of the high bases go once they reached $50 plus shipping. I was hoping I could get one cheaper than that.

You can check at the Wagner and Griswold forum for some idea on prices--in all reality--ebay sets the price on collectables these days. #3s and #8s are generally the most common. #14s and #13s are generally worth the most as are some of the baby skillets (0, 1, 2), and sometimes #4s (depends on the series).

I mostly collect Wagner stuff (it is a bit cheaper than Griswold)--I would love first dibs at anything that says "Wagner" (without the "ware" portion), "Sydney", or Wagner Ware in a pie shaped logo.

Do you have any unmarked stuff? I may be able to identify it if you take photos of the underside of the handles, lids, etc.

I went in and checked out all my iron cookware, happy to find enough pieces for me, and have decided to hang them on the wall, getting them out in the open. Earlier, I googled some of the sizes I have and, wow, are they now expensive! We bought a very large skillet last year, at a sporting goods store, "Lodge 14SK." It is so big, we keep it in our 2nd oven.

Hey CF! There's a Griswold waffle maker on eBay right now that's at only $9.99 for the maker and a low base together, and it's only got one more day to run. You might be able to grab it really cheap, unless you just have your heart set on a high base.

Sure silver I'll look when it's get up time. I do have some nice wagner. But what I interested in is my 2-14's , and 1 lid. they are very nice and seem to be just as old as my more recent Griz, they are unmarked. So i'll get some pics.

That's what I want to do-hang them on the brick wall behind the cookstove. I even bought the thingies to drill and put in the bricks, of course that job got put aside.
