As long as my cell phone is a flip phone, has only basic phone and answering machine, no text, no internet, no camera, no voice recorder and doesnt run on quarters and is mounted on the holding cell wall and comes free with my $28 a month unlimited local, long distance, anytime plan I'm good to go.

Tracphone. Has camera, internet access..etc. $14 per month for two fones, minutes accumulate. We never use up our minutes. Where they do get you is if you access the net, then they take 3 minutes for every actual minute used. We don't us the net via the fone so that point is moot. Each fone was $20 in Walmart and truthfully, the service is better than what we had with Verizon. We couldn't use our Verizon phones in the house, but the Tracfones work well inside.

Me too. I have the $45 plan. No taxes. Unlimited talk, text and web. My phone has a camera too. And the Tracfone (Straight Talk is Tracfone too) coverage area is really great.
