Cuisinart Grind & Brew Thermal 12-Cup Automatic Coffeemaker
“As loud as a jet taking off,” the attached burr grinder will wake anyone who isn’t already up in the morning. Controls and carafe were well designed, but brewing water spent most of the cycle well below optimal temperature, reaching it only for the last three minutes. While a few tasters called the coffee “mellow,” others deemed it “watery,” “bitter,” and “thin.”

The Cuisinart was the one we had that was HORRIBLE. The whole thing needed disassembled and cleaned then put back together everytime you wanted to make a pot. Then it would clog or dump coffee all over your counters if one little part wasnt perfectly alligned. And it did sound like an freight train taking off in the morning. I never though a coffee pot could make me cry, till I owned this one.

I looked it up on Amazon after i got rid of it, and most people who owned it also despised it. Evil evil coffee pot!

We went through 4(!) Cuisinart Grind N' Brews in a couple of years. Luckily we bought them from WS and they stand behind everything they sell. Tehy kept replacing them till I'd had enough, then they gave us a store credit and we got the Technivorm on this articles recommendation. It is wonderful.
