Sounds to me like you two had better go your seperate ways. It looks like each of you don't really care about the other and you want to keep what's your's yours. That will never work if you want to keep everything separate.

So thanks everyone for your input and advice. We did decide to put it on a serviced lot in town 3 miles from our quarter section. We brought the trailer home on Monday and plan to move in as soon as the electricity is hooked up. That should take about 6 weeks and will give us time to paint, etc. Here are the pictures, let me know if you can't see them. The teenager walking around is my babysitter/helper/friend/bosses daughter the shorter ones are my kids!
