Be careful what you ask for. Increased services require increased taxes to pay for them. I have miles of road which I do not want the town taking. If the roads get improved that increases public access which has never been a good thing in my experience. Think broken gates, rutted roads, fires, breaking and entering, smashed windows, cut trees, poachers, shot dogs and livestock, cut fences, etc. No good of it. Careful of what you ask for. Cheaper just to do the maintenance yourself.

I thought about it just the other day.Couldn't find any Land in my price range.

We came home yesterday I thought the Logger had come in to Log my place the way the road was tore up.Don't know who it was but it was so Bad I really didn't think we was going to get home with 4WD.

Bad when you have to put Chains on in the Summer.
