Are these $5000 price tags just for a shell or what are people including. I don't see finishing the septic for less than $2000 anymore. Just wondering what the prices are including.

I'm going to bet that anyone whose building a $5K cabin isn't putting in septic or, for that matter, counting the cost to dig a well, either.
Usually that kind of estimate excludes utility installation since those vary so greatly based upon location.
