We bought a storage locker last year that had 2 regulsr 20# tanks and 4 Blue Rhino exchange able tanks in it .
To dispose of a tank here in Mass. the average prices range from $ 1 to $ 5 for the 1 Lb. tanks to $ 5 to $ 10 for a 20 Lb. Naturally , the closest place to Me , charges $ 25. a tank.
Also if You are using or thinking of using Blue Rhino's , Please read the Below link.
You ARE NOT getting what You are paying for .

Good information to know. Found at least 4 tanks on the property we're clearing for pasture.

I've seen them converted to portable air tanks. Could be handy on a farm.
