We built a Deltec and while we love our home, we wouldn't do it again

Here are photos of the process (start at the bottom)

We were not impressed w/ their building manual (lots of unanswered questions that we had to fight for the answers) & not impressed w/ their customer service (lots of things we paid extra for were not included & we had to fight to get our $$ back)

So, again, while we love our home, we wouldn't do it again
By the time all was said & done, we should've just done it ourselves from start to finish

btw, we did SO much research ahead of time about all different kinds of buildings, went to visit their factory, went to visit other Deltec homes, etc....so research alone won't save you!

Hey.

Beware of wood house kits. Some of the home improvement places unload carp wood in the kits. It's much better for you to hand select the lumber.
