This works if everyone in the family is on the same page, stress-wise; otherwise it causes friction and frustration. Some people have a "neatness" gene or "orderliness" gene and they do not necessarily easily accommodate "change" when a "lack" of neatness or orderliness suddenly manifests in their personal surroundings.

Sounds like my hubby, too. It seems to be a "dominant" male trait.

If you got it all done you'd have nothing left to do. You'd get bored.
