Ack!! Did you notify PayPal of what's happening so they're not so quick to take the buyers side? Sheesh

Yes I told paypal she did not return the right item, they said all she had to do was return even an empty box and paypal would reimburse her...there was no way to prove either item was damaged or the right item in the first place, paypal just refunds....

PayPal is almost ALWAYS on the side of the buyer. Your only real option is to drive to where you mailed it and have a talk . Or call the USPS Inspector.
