Thanks Judy, its just a bit out of our price range but its a beautiful house. I doubt you will have any trouble selling it.

Reece and Nichols has a really nice website for searching for a home. You can use "Map" for your search and have it search a specific area that way. Then you can do an advance search and put in the age of the house and price range you are looking for, along with acreage, etc.. Theirs was the most comprehensive search site I found when we were looking.
