Wow, I would Never EVER buy a house without an inspection - they're saving a couple hundred bucks up front but could be out thousands or even tens of thousands in the long run.

I'm the same way. Not that there's any issues we know about but still. I was like?? I though an inspection was required for a loan but I guess not.
