I have the same glass problem on a part of my place too. I picked up buckets of glass and every year more come to the surface.
On the other side- we put about 3 acres up for sale due to health problems, and I told the Realtor right up front, we will not do any clean up. The reason it's for sale is because we can no longer care for it like we want, and I won't pay anybody to do it or take money off the price either (not saying I won't negotiate price, but won't consider clean up as part of the deal). It sells as is or it doesn't sell.
