Moving cross country... again

Small world...I have a very good friend who lives in Columbia!

And my daughter told me when I was in TX visiting the first of the month that her hubby may be transferred to St. Louis when he is able to go back to work.

I looked at that link given to you by ceresone. There is an older mobile home on 17 acres for $52,000 and 80 acres for $1500 an acre. They may split the 80 acres up if you want them to. All you can do is ask.

Till we get moved in about 10 days, the property search is pretty much on hold. I can only manage so much at one time. But we've typically found 20+ acres for the $50,000 range. The most important thing is live water, then 1/2 wooded and then privacy. That rules a lot of places out. There are some hopefuls in the stack and we'll get back to looking at them right after we move.
