Why I have not vaccinated my younger children:

DD#1, received all vaccines right on schedule. Managed to come down with everything going around including Scarlet Fever. I didn't even know that one still existed.

DS#1 & DS#2, vaccinated on schedule. Both personalities changed shortly after one round of three shots and they both have speech and learning problems. My 9yo still can't comprehend vowel sounds, but he can build anything.

DD#2 came along and I got a strong premonition that scared me. You may not believe in intuition, but I chose not to have her vaccinated. She has been by far my healthiest child, never had to see a doc yet.

DS#3, born 7 weeks early. No way I was giving him anything until he was older. Doc disagreed with me, but simply had me sign a waiver. I refused everything and was very surprised when one of the nurses in the NICU gave me a thumbs up and said "good for you!"
He has been extremely healthy and you would never know he was a preemie, even walking early.

I have yet to decide what vaccines I will give them and when, but I do not regret my decision to wait. The comparisons in my own family are amazing.

Whatever you decide, it has to be your families decision. Don't let outside opinion sway you.

I would get the "vaccine book" by Dr. Sears. Its straight forward and doesn't give an opinion on wither to or not. Its ingredients and talks about different schedules , why and why not. Its the least biased book out about vaccines.

We don't vaccinate and I was not vaccinated. IMO if your child was premature Id look at getting the DTaP , thats it for now. The Hep B , MMR are the most reactive , so Id put them off till at least school.

Both my kids have Celiacs and diary allergies , they are in high risk for issues with vaccines.

Doesn't have to be all or nothing , if your worried Id just do them one or two at a time and that way if your LO has issues then you know what to avoid in the future. Nothing wrong with questioning things , the best decision is an informed one.
