Erin,
You might want to consider a permanent outdoor shower. It might be handy to have in the future with kids. I've seen one that was set in a garden setting. It was just 4 posts set in the ground and rough cut lumber attached to it with a door framed in. I think it was made from cedar trees. I can't remember what they used for a floor. If I was to make one I would use a bed of sand and then set brick into it. Or perhaps you would prefer a concrete floor. It might be easier than trying to find an old shower stall.
