Sorry for intruding- please commence without me (as I tiptoe out)
My subtle message was for an overall purpose, not personal. PETA was mentioned. My message was to warn any of the HT PETA members to not even think of trying to comment further on this thread.

It was one of the most beautiful fur coats that I had ever seen and I am really not a big fur coat person. Is there a market still for fur: I thought that PETA pretty much did away with the market and made it terrible to wear fur. I know it s a little off topic but I thought someone here might know.
Shucks! If she was that attractive, I might have set a trap or two for her!

You got any stories you like to share id be more than happy to listen Have a good one

Keep you powder dry
I run a couple of lines they aren't what are really considered long lines they are more large loops. Mine are all run on snowshoes although I do use a snow machine some. Most of what I trap are marten and beaver I have got a few wolverines over the years. The first few wolverine are fun but it doesn't take to many before you start to figure out they have a higher rate of metabolism than IQ.

Fisher and marten season starts next weekend here. I used to set quite a few traps. The last few years I have only set a couple on my property and have caught a few marten and fisher every year. This year I am expanding hoping to bring in a little more cash in again. If the prices are not what I want to get, I'll keep the furs till next year.
