LOL. I am just like Rose.. I love to sleep with THICK and piled covers while cold. I love it. My husband hate it. I cant sleep good while it is warm or if the temp is set for 70. I cant sleep too good. I love it. I dont know why it is so nice. I sleep like a baby.. But I am the furnace for my husband.. LOL.

I don't sleep well when it's cold.

Sure, I can pile on the blankets, but if my head and face are cold I can't sleep.

I need it to be at least 65.

I think it is the fresh air too. My DH and I have this 20 year battle. I always want the window open no matter the weather. As soon as it is chilly to him he has the furnace on and everything closed up tight. I like it cooler, just put on extra socks and a sweater or swaetshirt. Oh well, the battle continues, it is 37 out today.

The DW is a hot rock at night. I usually sleep with no covers and just my drawers. But if I do get cold, all I have to do is cuddle up to my "hot rock" for 10 mins or so and then I am overheating again. But yes I always sleep better when it's cold and if it's really cold outside I sleep better when it's warm inside.

I sleep MUCH better when it's cold! I've even slept in a room where there was ice on the water in the morning....wear a hat to bed, and warm wool socks! (I've worn a balaclava when it was really cold -- not sure my husband appreciated that very much!)

If it's too warm in the room when I go to bed, I can't sleep, toss and turn and can't get comfortable, and wake up feeling sick. 'Too warm' is probably anything over about 65 degrees.

If you have trouble getting to sleep in a cold bed, take a hot water bottle to bed with you (or a cat, LOL!).

I live in a drafty trailer, so even if the thermostat is set to seventy it is still cold in there. Lows here in the 20's at night the next two days, so it will be plenty cool. I do notice the effect the coolness has in that I am abl to sleep really well. I also noticed that when I have a definitive lack of sleep, then I can really sleep well! Otherwise it's usually about six hours or so.

I sleep much better when it is cold. I love a nice heavy quilt over me and snuggle up in the bed.
I could sleep outside in the cold fall time. The cool brisk air makes me sleep like a baby.
I hate hot.

I prefer the cold. I sleep so much better. I can't sleep at all if I'm hot.

I guess I'm really a wimp - I set it to 73 for my morning shower. I prefer natural warmth for sleeping - ie 80's outside with the windows open. Course it appears from what I've read above I sleep with a whole lot less on than many of you. I'm perfectly happy wearing only a sheet when I'm sleeping

I like the air in the room to be about 60*. To me, that's perfect sleeping weather.

I love sleeping in a cold room with lots of covers. I keep a small fan on my side of the bed always, no matter how cold it gets. DH refers to it as the "arctic blast", but I can't sleep well without it.

I hate it cold when I'm sleeping. I actually wake up if I get cold and our thermostat is set at 65 and I go to bed dressed for an Artic expedition! It is almost never too hot for me to sleep. I think 80 is about ideal and I can't sleep with a fan blowing on me or I'll wake up freezing even in the summer. I see that I'm in the minority here!

I sleep the best when it is around 45 degrees. Last winter the coldest I slept through was 12 below zero inside the house (I don't have running water so no worries there). I always have a pile of blankets so it wasn't that bad until I had to get up.
