Homeopathic Hypericum perfolatum, available wherever homeopathic remedies are sold, is very good for injuries to nerves, particularly for fingertips and spine and amputations of any sort.

Yup. That's exactly how it works, but you don't have to use a tincture. You can use just the straight powder.
It's a great remedy for hypothermia or shock as well because it gets the blood flowing. Hikers have been known to put some in their boots to keep the circulation in their feet moving to keep them warm.

I nearly severed my index finger with a hatchet many years ago and ever since them it gets cold before any other finger. The best solution I've tried is using mittens instead of gloves. If I really need the dexterity offered by gloves I'll wear a glove on the right hand and keep a mitten on my left. Yeah it looks ridiculous but it keeps that finger warmer.
