We have had our Pioneer Maid for over 10 years. Since 2000, it has been our sole source of heat. Our last house was a large 6 bedroom Amish home. This home is large as well. For a long while it was my only source to cook or bake. I love it and would buy one again in a heart beat. $500 is an EXCELLENT price even for a used one in average or less condition.
