So very sorry for your loss.

I do hope you have enough to make the trip as the price of gas is coming back up with the hurricanes coming in. It was up to 3.69.9 yesterday in our town.

We went to St Louis to the Dr last Sat and it took a hundred dollars for gas for the round trip. We do have a gas hog 3 quarter ton chevy extended cab 4x4. Hope you have a more economical ride.

Have a safe journey

My heart and prayers are with you and the family....If it had not been for good people and a Huff and Puff board..(Pulmonary Fibrosis forum)...I would have been alone with nothing and no one in OKC when my late husband was going through a lung transplant and a lingering death...God send folks our way when we need help and also ones that we can help when the need arises...
"When we have done it to the least of these my brothers...you have done it unto me..."...A good rule to live by...MissKitty

I'm so very sorry to hear about your family's loss. If I'd had the money to send you I certainly would have. I hope you have a very safe jounery there and back, and my prayers to you and the entire family.

I have to say, it is hard for me to read this thread through the tears. I usually avoid these types of threads because I get so emotional to think what someone may be going through. The statement about your husband breaking down was too much. So here I sit sniffling.

I wish you all the best. Death of a loved one is so hard to cope with. I know I will be dealing with it soon too with my mother. At least I know it is coming. What a shock for your family. Hugs to you all.
