We lived in a MH park for years that had natural gas. When we moved out to our property we had to put in a propane tank (which we were able to buy for $300 - instead of leasing for $75 a year). I hate it in the winter time. With natural gas I never had to worry about running out of gas for the heater. Now I have to keep checking the gauge to make sure that I don't run out.
