Thanks Dale. Just curious, is it legal for Canadian citizens to harvest firewood off crown land?

UpNorth I think all the wood harvesting on crown land is by permit only but I'm not 100% sure on that, the closest to me is about 15 miles away. I know lots of loggers who get permits now and then but I don't get into the details much.
