Needing a little first aid info

year ago when i turned my hand to hamburg, my dok told me to soak my hand at least twie daily in epsom salted water as well as peroide. still have the hand and mostly works! was farming at the time so lots of dirt even with a gloved hand (keyboard is not letting sertain letters type)
