People using goats as draft animals have the goat forum to discuss draft use on.

Those using dogs as draft animals can use the dog board.

Use as draft is just a training and use variation that fits into board catagories already provided on site.

I did start a thread over on the horse forum asking for anyone using horses for work and while I know we have a few, this may be a busy time of year for some so give it a while. Quiet Guy did respond and he's using horses for logging and did offer to respond to any questions you may have. I do agree with Shrek, the only differences would be in training. My family still uses heavy horses but they would probably be considered recreational use now. We move cattle over long distances and they use a team and chuckwagon for meals but the same horses also pull an assortment of carriages and wagons for shows and such.

That's kinda why I think a draft animal forum would be a good idea. Any discussion of draft animals is scattered over equine, cattle, dog, goat, alternate energy and general homestead forums. So if one has just a general interest in draft animals you have to check all those forums for discussion.

It may not be the right time for it but there is obviously some interest and maybe there's just not much discussion because of the above reason. Just a thought...
