Use adblock plus on firefox... takes care of all those ad's and flash that you don't want.

Plus you can over ride it and look at what you want, where you want.

Mama? you mean the wife?

Its a miracle if I can drag her away from the television. THere are no women around our butchering operation.

It seems to be gone, so thanks. It don't bother me to clean deer, hogs, rabbits chickens or whatever as long as it ain't human blood, specially mine lol. Did any of you folks in school have to watch a film "Death on the Highway"? I did and had bad dreams for a long time after that. So if I ever watch that film again, there will be somebody holding a gun on me and gently touching the trigger or I ain't watching. Thanks again Eddie

Bob, THANK YOU!!! THANK YOU!!! THANK YOU!!!

I'm on slow dial up and got so tired of seeing the message "Waiting for google ad read". There were times I could read almost an entire page of a thread and the page didn't stop loading.

Big plus? No more banner ads in my face. I see the text ads but no more obnoxious banner ads. Not even the "broadband width hog" sponsor ads at the top of the forums.

THANK YOU!!!

get the NoScript add on for firefox. You select which scripts you want to allow. There are 4 scripts running on this page, alone

Yes, that's a good one, although I wouldn't recommend it for just anyone, unless you know a bit about scripts.

Anything bleeding as bad as that hand looks, can't get past my eyes. If you are ever injured and bleeding that bad, you better hope that dang stuff works and the directions better not be long or your time here on earth will be over, cause you ain't got time to find the Doctor, unless the Doctor lives next door and is not fishing or playing golf. My res on this screen isn't that great on small pics, it was just a vague hand shape with some red. I did check out the product info, the none of the photos on the actual ad site showed any blood at all, just implied blood with bandages and such.

Looks like a great product to have on hand, people get hurt on homesteads all the time. I wonder if we can order it from the UK and have it imported? I wonder what the shelf life is?

I worked in health care for years, I can watch autopsy films while eating pizza. A pic of a bloody hand is no big deal. Seeing an injury occur, or violence deliberately inflicted, that's a different kettle of fish. I have a hard time dealing with that.

I just checked the ad and you can order it from Canada. They've got some clinical data and it sounds like great stuff. I wish I'd had some of it when DS severed his radial artery a few years back and looked at me and said "Mama, don't let me die". He didn't, but it was a very nasty injury requiring micro-surgery to but the veins, arteries, and nerves in his arm back together.

Yeah, I'd love to keep something like that handy. It's over half an hour to the nearest hospital from here. What a lifesaver such a product could be!

Eddiebuck, looking more closely at that pic, I've had little dinky cuts that were that messy. You really can't see what's cut (if anything) and what's just red. It just looks alarming at first glance.

Then again, I'm kinda de-sensitized to wounds and blood.
