I agree. Jonsered is an exceptional saw.
Shindaiwa and Makita are also good saws.
If you do moderate to heavy cutting with a chain saw, save yourself some time, money in the long run, headaches and aggravation. Spend the money on a quality saw now, and you won't regret it later.
We heat with wood, and I USE my saws hard. The little Homelite that I mentioned above is a good little trim saw, but if that was the only saw I had, I'd have been tempted to open an artery a long time ago. While it is dependable as far as cranking and running, it cuts very slowly, even though I run pro grade chain on it. My Husky will cut through a 12"-14" log before the Homelite will cut a 6".
You don't save in the long run by buying cheap equipment.
