I think there has to be a balance of your needs and wants~ gettting back to the original ? Yes I think I do look for ways to earn a little cash. With the economy as it is I think it is a wise investment to make a little more money while you can. I have been using my extra's for food storage and supplies. However~ things like selling eggs extra critters, sewing, are all small ways to increase your $ the antique booth is another good thing. i know of several places that have flea market booths. But you have to balance these things with YOUR life and not someone elses. For instance a man may make himself a nice living with maple syrup and choose not to work the rest of the year. another man may work 40 hrs a week and then choose extra $ for him homestead. and another may work 2nd shify so he can spend time with his preschooler during the day, but when the child goes to school he may witch shifts to work around his family obligations. Do what works FOR YOU
personally~ I am working as HARD as I CAN to get out of debt own my home use as little as i can to make my life easier ~

You didn't sound flippant, and I appreciate the offer now that I know wher you are. Obviously travel or shipping for that distance wouldn't work out, if you were close I would be interested. What group size battery is it and what brand? Is this a surplus deal or is this a regular price?

Believe me I in no way promote wasting money. I have clothes older then most people on this board. We take great pride in doing for ourselves and cutting back. That's all well and good but I've also come to the reality that I'm not going to be young and possibly not able for ever and it's a cold cruel world.

I'd rather be poor and free than a rich slave - but its not always that easy, and sometimes you do what has to be done.

Sad but true
