Opportunity to sell

Thanks for the offer Ted! (I lived in Rochester many years ago!) My daughter fell in love with the town/city of Bastrop, and that is where she has looked at property - in person and on the internet. I have also looked on the internet, and found a mixed bag of prices, acreage and home sizes/condition.

I fully expect a low offer, but also realize that with mortgage lenders tightening up, I may not get as much as I would like. Economically, things aren't too bad here compared with other parts of the state and country.

(Ted, I got a bluetick coonhound from the local animal shelter almost as soon as I moved here. He was a nice dog. I have German shepherds now.)
