LOL...we'd have to pay someone a WHOLE lot more than $25 to sit in our can. Hubby throws dead animals the dogs drag up into it. That's one reason it sits down at the end of the driveway - it REEKS. I actually feel sorry for our garbage men.

It may well be against the law also and you will be liable for the hospital bill. My neighbor here put up a 4 " pipe and loaded it with concrete. Idiot that hit it took him to court and was awarded damages. Go figure!

We had similar damages here about 6 years ago. Mail boxes stolen or hit with bats, mail boxes covered with shaving cream, mail box stuffed with shaving cream and trash, screen to one of our Cabin's were cut, door jam scarred with metal tools, and trash cans turned over. Neighbors all thought it was adults or teenagers drunk or adults ready to steal all our stuff and kill us in our beds.

Turned out to be an 11 year old boy mad at his parents and he was taking it out on the neighborhood around him. Once confronted by Sheriff's Dept, it stopped.

My point is be careful since it may be a kid. Still not right and they still need to be caught but it is a different ball game when it is a kid and not an adult.

Good luck - that is so frustrating and I hope they catch whoever it is soon.
