if shes on her way down, fo to the county office and see if the property is slated for tax sale or forclosure..... sherrif sale... any of that.

be first in line with $$.

The first order of business would be a good strong fence, I would say. To give her an idea where the property line is. Some people have no respect for other peoples rights. I might throw in a few "No Trespassing" signs for effect.

the thing that bugs me about it is... if she had just asked me... can i put a horse on your land? can i spread a little of that gravel on my driveway? can i park this car there until i can get it fixed.... i would have said sure! go ahead! but she does this stuff without asking.


cn- i had a realtor track down her payment record 3 years ago, as her exbf had said she was headed to forclosure. finance company told the realtor that she was on time and current. not to say that hasn't changed. i may go by the tax office, they are very helpful down there.
