This is a great thread! A BIG thank you to everyone who has given input. I don't have much to contribute since we just bought our land in September. But, my mother owns a jam, jelly and relish business and said she will be my first customer as soon as I get my garden up and running. So, planning to provide her with enough produce is my #1 goal as her business is thriving. I'll let everyone know how it went next fall.

In the mean while I'm going to try not to re-read the posts about pigs too much. (I LOVE pigs, but they just aren't resonable here-or legal ha ha)

Thanks again to everyone who posted I love reading about the fantastic ideas people have and inspiration to take what you have and make it work for you. Maybe I'll have something to contribute in the future.

Definitely second this being moved to the new forum. I've had this thread bookmarked for months now. It's a keeper!
