I went to the Deltec website. Very interesting and beautiful. But I didn't see anything regarding costs..... Are these houses very costly?

the deal is that you buy the 'kit' and put it together yourself

so I was the general contractor and did all the hiring (and firing in one case!) and checking up & permits & inspections, etc.....
