Mineral rights depends on your point of view. Where our place is in Texas, mineral rights have not changed hands for over 50 years. There was no hope of ever getting the mineral rights to our land or any other property around here.

You will never buy any land in Colorado. In Colorado, individuals never have any mineral rights. All mineral rights belong to the State.
