I totally agree with the fencing in the yard and using it for pasture...when we moved onto our 10 acres, there was a big front yard ( 1 acre worth ) that we promptly built a fence around that connects past the house to the pasture in back...so now we have 9 acres of pasture and 1 acre of land around the house, driveway, barns, etc that needs mowed......
