Beer cans -- get them free, sell them high, buy building materials.

Beer bottles -- They look kinda neat when stacked and mortared, so just the bottoms are showing.

Old tires -- oh yeah, baby! Rammed earth! I been out to some of those houses texican mentions. Pretty cool. Dennis Weaver (McCloud) owned one in NM for a long time. He's sold it now, I think.

Oh yeah, I drink beer a lot. It's good stuff. Prudes are not so good.

I figure if the man wants to spend his money on beer it's his buisness and it isn't a waste in his eyes. However, free cans? Why isn't the bar owner selling them as scrap? Scarf up all the cans you're able if they're for free.
Tell your husband that after exhaustive research over the years I've determined that beer flows better out of a longneck than out of a can. You can also refill bottles.

The bar owner just took ownership last week. The previous owner was selling the cans at a scrap yard and recycling the glass. I have the option to haul off as much as I want to play with because I work for her. She is my friend, and since we both wanted to know what else you can do with them, we thought I should ask here. I have some from hubby's weekend exploits, but not nearly the quantity that I would need to build a wall with. I would definitely need to get some from the bar. I was thinking of a nice round retaining wall around the hitch area of my trailer. Maybe then I would stop driving across the edge of what used to be a flower bed!....lol
