I was reading Time Mag or one of those mags (back issue) today & it stated there would "most likely" blackouts, brownouts" this summer like Dave S. said. Especially around NYC area.

.............I saw lots of wind farms on my trip to colorado , but not as many as I had expected . Some mfging company here in north central tx or southern Ok is building those 90 foot , circular sections that make up the support tower for those windmills . Looks like they use a crane and bolt 3 of them together for a 270 foot tower . The cops are forever stopping traffic around the ct. house so these trucks can navigate around the corners without having to fight traffic . , fordy...
