Nope...but they can sure spread it for ya.
It's terrible around here....I don't like to see it, very invasive to gardens and herb beds.

Kudzu would win - lol - or maybe the Wild wisteria would..

love bermuda grass, I haven't had rain in almost a month and my bermuda is still good to go. It's not growing, but it is alive and green and the horses still eat it.

Love the way it can take the heavy hoof traffic and even if it gets stomped into the dirt, give it a little rain it pops back up.

Don't have to worry about having broodmares or brood cows on bermuda either. I like any grass for livestock that is that determined to propagate and live - lol..

hate it in the garden though..nasty wicked stuff!!!

You might want to spread some straw all around over the seeded areas to keep it moist. It will help with erosion too.
