5 - my place is a landing strip - 165' x 1320'
My neighbor to the north has 5 acres, same dimensions, the neighbor to the south has 10 acres, double my lot width. The guy behind us owns about 20 acres.

We own 107 acres with our house and the barn and a few other outbuildings.
Most of our ground is hilly pasture and trees with a small alfalfa field. When we bought our place last year we were looking at small 5-10 acre places for about the same price as we paid for this place and some were even more. We just happened to be in the realty office the day it was listed and we quickly bought it.

We have 45 acres, use about 5 for deer plots, and the rest is hardwood swamp. In New Jersey, it is priceless.

We have 15 acres total in three 5-acre tracts. #1 we live on just outside of Lebanon OH in a brick farmhouse built in 1817, #2 has an old frame Gothic farmhouse we hope to restore (but it is 50 miles away so progress is slow) and #3 is a half mile from #2 and is wooded and hilly with creek frontage. I bought #3 so when/if we ever made it to living on #2 (which is all flat and tillable) we would have a supply of firewood and a pretty picnic spot.
Until a year ago we also had a 108-acre farm even farther away in southern Ohio, but I traded it away - that really dropped me down in the poll rankings!

We have 10 acres here at the house and 11 acres 30 miles away but are in the process of selling the 11 and should be able to acquire 22 adoining acres here to make 32.
