I guess that you are right.

For me however lots of wild game, thick forest, great bass fishing, no water shortage. and a growing season long enough for me to grow all my veggies; is not "good for very little".

It is good for all I need it to be.

And well below $1k /acre.

Forget about Rockford, hon. Winnebago and Stephenson Counties are now very expensive for land. I'm there right now

You have inexpensive land. Good for lots of things. Cheap land is just that.... cheap.

"So where's the least expensive land now"?

Oh, don't say that! Well he has another interview in Belleville outside of St.Louis which is our top choice. Keeping my fingers crossed!

I think Missouri ahs the cheapest land availible. But there are alot of areas in different state that still have reasonable land, I think it just depends on what you are looking for.
