http://found.coolhouseplans.com/

i found it here, but can't seem to get a link that doesn't take up half the page. builder customized it so it doesn't look too much like the plans anyway.

i'm know they used really good materials so i am sure they wired things correctly. found out yesterday they also used that new kind of plumbing stuff that doesn't break as easily when it freezes.

i've been really happy with my builder. he made it a much prettier house that i would have. did good work, fast and didn't even try to rip me off.

It's beautiful. Now, would you mind very much transporting that kitchen to PA and installing it in my trailer?.......lol. I love the screen porch idea, too. May pass that along to DH on our to do list this summer-there is an outlet right next to the door we could tap into. And plumbing is only 3 feet away! Thanks for a great idea!

Marvella,

Looks wonderful! You're inspiring me to go ahead and post some photos of our own little dream place going up in East Texas. Need to get those photos on Photobucket and will do so forthwith! Meantime, LOVE your porch and the "screened-in" idea. We have that in mind too. Problem with us, we're doing the work ourselves on weekends and it's takin' time! One day though ...

Peace and smiles,
doohap

The balusters are probably on the inside on the screen porch so they could use the 2x4's holding them to fasten the sceen to on the outside because if the balusters were on the outside they would be in the way. It looks like the screen is installed on the outside rather then the inside. No harm no foul either way. Thanks for the pics.

Smile Just a Suggestion...

If you will use the [IMG]....[/IMG] choice when you copy and paste your links, The photos will show up here and your readers won't have to follow links to see the pics.

If there are a lot of pics, put about 3 pics per post.

At photobucket, this IMG tag is the one at the bottom of the choices under each image.

BTW, House is looking good!
