It is about -3 in central New Hampshire. I can't wait til Friday! It's going to snow but at least it's supposed to be 35!

I'm sitting on the floor right now, up close to my woodstove, laptop on the floor!

Quiver - be sure to bring your swimming suit when you come to Arkansas!

Temp here is only in the teens and there's no ice on the river.

What does it mean when Yahoo says a "feels like" temperature?

Today My Yahoos says: high -6, low -9, sunny and clear, feels like -23

OK, I give in, I went and dug out a heat lamp and screwed it in. Poor things, the water inside their house was frozen solid.

You're going to have to change your name to "SHIVEROF10" LOL.

Chas, who dug out his down filled coat for the first time this winter, up here in Maine.

Its been a tad chilly outside but nice and HOT! on the inside. 97 degrees in the woodstove rm yesterday! -10 and windchill was okay provided we dressed for it at chore time but glad to not be milking in such weather...

We've had the cookstove on for a couple days in the sunroom and cooked chowder, beef stew and pintos and banana/zuchini/nut/blueberry bread...

Glad to have the ground frzn finally....the wet and the muck has been too much.

It was beautiful today and warmed to 25F....snow coming...its all good.

I have 6 big/fat bellies in the barn waiting to bring in Spring sooner than later methinks. (kids)

OH! the seasons bring appreciation!

Driving is nice too.

The roads are finally all smoothed out, no potholes.

Water fills them and freezes in place, plows rake them off flush and a layer of slush smooths it all over.

Nice riding weath-ah.
