CH and Boleyz

LOL Might I point out you wont find many damzels in distress if your not out running around in your shinning armor and on your Gallent white steed.

Ch I bet You would have met lots of nice girls if you had been down to the highway with your tactor and chain in that last big snow fall.
Boleyz your going to have to come up with your own emergancy,is the pic of the wreck in Louisville yesterday? I hear it was pretty bad.

Why can't I see the pics???

And I wouldn't have let her in the cab soaking wet with a custom leather interior either. But then, I wouldn't have stopped for her to get in the front either. And I most likely wouldn't have let her use the coveralls...Ok, maybe I would have let her use the coveralls in the back.

We have had similar situations happen at our place. When the creek floods it cover the road, since we are on a hill it doesn't threaten our home. You would be surprized how many fools we have pulled from the water even after telling them that their vehicle isn't high enough to thru the water... I've warned them alread and they try anyway, then they want me to go out into the water to hook up a tow line to get them out..... NOT, since they are not in immediate danger why should I go and get soaked, they are already soaked and its their vehicle let them hook up the tow strap. They just seem to think they are better than mother nature or just don't feel like turning around and going the long way around (about 10 miles). I do have to chuckle at their stupidity..... They call me a redneck/ hillbilly etc. Life goes on

You won't regret it.

Question Btw Fm...

Just a question...Why didn't you just pull her out of the ditch with that giant truck of yours?

That's what I would have done first. I'd have pulled the car back onto the road and made sure it cranked up and then sent her on her way.

That tiny car would have been easy to drag out IMO.

Even with a custom leather interior, I honestly don't believe it would have ever dawned on me to ask a lady to remove her clothes in my presence before she could have a warm ride to safety.

I'd have removed my own coat and let her sit her wet behind on that if I was so worried about the leather.

Again, JMHO...

The car was nearly underwater it wasnt going to drive home.Besides if It would have been posable she would have just drove it into deeper water
I was still a bit miffed at the way she had treated me.I didnt feel like getting wet,is why she and her wet self had to ride in the back or naked till I got to dry land and could get her my coveralls. You seem to not be paying any atention to the point that she was for all intents and purposes naked anyway I dont know what she had on but it was more see thru than a wet Tshirt.
Sorry no blankets or towels in that truck that night It was just pure luck my Coveralls were in it.

That's exactly what goes through my mind every time this picture is posted! I prefer a hard workin' man with a hard workin' truck!

There you are, in a great big truck, on the dark, lonely road. You come upon a woman in major distress. Soaking wet, alone, no transportation, wrecked car, 50 miles from home - huge amounts of stress and panic.

You tell her she has to get naked and climb up in the front seat next to you. "Get them clothes off afor ya get in here" hmmm, sounding so pleasant and not at all like a crazed predator. Did you even have the heat on in the back or did you really want her naked and sitting next to you? Couldn't you have offered her your own jacket or those coveralls BEFORE you made her get naked?

Oh yeah. Why did she not thank you over and over? Why did she run into her house without a word to you? Probably grateful she got out of the situation alive. I imagine she was half-expecting to get raped or at least assaulted but decided to take her chances of fighting you off versus freezing to death.

IF, and that's a BIG if, the story is actually true, I don't it the least bit amusing. Sounds like you manipulated a situation where you had full control over a helpless woman to humiliate and embarass her primarily so that you could see her naked. I imagine you really got off on the power trip. Or fantasy, whichever one this is.

At any rate, the whole thing is hardly something to be proud of. Imagine if it were your wife or sister or mother. Wouldn't you hope that regardless of their attitude, the person who helped them acted like a gentleman rather than making them ride naked in the seat next to them for 50 miles to their home?

gee

I should think that if it were his wife, mother or sister they would have had the sense not to drive in water to deep for their car.
Besides he told her more than once not to go that way because her car wouldn't make it.
Maybe he shows that truck and wins prize money, and was on the way home from a show?
Lots of reason to have a fancy truck like that.

What Caberjim said...

What he said....

Plus....I'm about to decide that FM is trying to set the record for most looks/posts on a thread. The original post was really confusing...

I still wonder:

Were you driving across a frozen river and she sought to drive on it as well?

You keep saying, "Dry Land".

You said you had to make her ride naked until you could stop on dry land and get out the coveralls.

Yet, you were stopped and said you waited and waited and waited while she made up her mind whether to get naked or get in the back or freeze to death. If that was the case, why didn't you get her the coveralls while you were waiting?

Have you considered what may have happened to you if she'd have died from hypothermia while riding 50 miles in the back of your truck, rather than be shamed and humiliated? You think an Injury lawyer wouldn't have had a heyday with you killing a lady, rather than staining your leather? How would the jury decide, do you think?

Have you considered what may have happened to you if you had left her there to die, rather than rendering aid? What if they'd have tracked you're tire treads to your truck?

Sorry FM, but being miffed and having leather doesn't justify humiliating this woman who was sobbing in fright and cold when you pulled up.

Again, while you were "Waiting" for her to make up her mind, why didn't you offer her dry clothes then? It certainly would have helped her in her decision.

You ain't much of a gentleman IMO and if you'd have "Helped" my wife in such a humiliating fashion, I might have had to open a large can of "Whoop-_ss" on your head...

Again, JMHO...

Well then, she sure deserves to be frightened into stripping naked and sitting in the seat next to him. Stupid woman got what she deserves!! That will teach her. Hmmmm, we could bring back the old rape defence - if she wasn't dressed like that, she would not have been sexually assaulted. It was her fault for being in that bar and wearing a mini-skirt.

Sorry Mom, but if you had any sense, you would not have ended up naked and frightened in a stranger's truck. You got what you deserved, Mom.

Wow, what a man. Your mom would be proud, wouldn't she?

Talking I think....

I think that by offering her a naked ride or a clothed ride "in the back"...He is saying that he offered her a ride in the exterior bed of the truck...see post#1.

He says he'd only went a mile or so before she banged on the glass and he stopped and she then got into the interior cab...naked...

I think FM drives trucks for a living, because he said so on another thread. I think that as he's riding along, he makes up these wild stories, snaps a picture with his cell phone to build the story around and then does what his name says,

Fantasy maker...His stories always involve naked women...as do most men's fantasies.

I think that when he has to log a rest stop very 2 hours or so, he pulls over and checks to see how his latest fantasy thread is going...I guess it beats talking on the CB all the time...

I'm so glad you posted this. It didn't sound gentlemanly to me either. Just ungenerous, AT BEST. If the woman WAS from a city, I don't think this man helped the image of country people.

Caberjim did you read the story? your coments dont relate to what was said just to others comments about

Boleyz I had just came across about 3 miles of flooded river bottom road .In places over the tires of that truck..there was a T junction underwater in the middle of it.
When I started talking with the young lady we were sitting on a bridge its bit higher than the surronding land and at tha point she had to have come thru about a mile of water but none more than a foot deep.
The water dropped and froze overnight aparently. At the time she was in it she was in about a foot or so of water on the road at the spot I picked her up at her car.
I didnt get the cover alls at the time I first picked her up for two reasons first I didnt think about it second that would have ment getting out of the truck into the water to get them.
Ya gotta remeber I was a bit rattled too.
If I had done that it would have sorta made things worse dont ya think.
I think you guys are fixating an awfull lot on her taking her cloths off remeber they were not hiding anything and they were keeping her wet. Besides whats the problem with getting in the back of the truck for a few minutes verses walking a few miles out? Obviously she thought the back of the truck looked pretty good cause thats what she did, Then later when she had the chance to think about it she got in the front.
Remeber This wasnt "MY" truck I didnt have the right or ability to ruin the interior (nor the money to pay for a new one)
No ones life was in question at the time she made her choices
If she had stayed in the back of the truck I would have thought of the coveralls after a while. I also would have offered to stop and let her out at the first house and town we came to..But her choice
She wasnt going to die unless she did some more incredably dumb stuff, but she would have sufferd a bit for her bad choices
And Boleyyz .I would have helped first just like I did and worried about your whoop later.
