Talking Gpt to wonder what she was on

That made her think she could cross there anyway with nothing less a bulldozer lol. Reminds me when I was yer age thereabouts. I had a 46 Chevy pk. I was driving around during noon before going back to work, and I see these 2 chicks walking out in the street, the parked cars to their right. IT WAS COLD out. I ask if they want a ride, they jump in. There wearing skirts,. collage girls. Well, I didnt figure I would get anywhere with collage girls driving the 46, so thought to make the best of the situation. Now, a 46 Chevy has the same cab as a 39 chevy, which was as wide as a 29 chevy. It was narrow, and we were squeezed in tight. Well whenever I had to shift into low or second, I MIGHT? have kept my hand on the knob a tad bit longer than needful, It was running half way up the thigh of the one closest to me lol. I had to shift ALOTTA times lol. When I got to where they wanted to go, I thought id try it anyway, and said something like, Good thing u didnt choose a cab, this ride woulda cost you plenty. She looked down, with my hand on the nob, in low, she said, I think you got paid plenty. Couldnt agree more. Unfortunatly for them, the passenger door didnt open from the inside , so I had to go out and around like a gentleman and open up the door. Did I mention that 46 sat about as high as yours does?? LOL

The picture doesn't look like the car was trying to drive across a flooded area. It looks like a car that slid off into a ditch that was filled with water.

LOL and just exactly what would a car look like if it was trying to drive across a flooded area?
She couldnt see the road and got into the ditch its that simple
At that point she was driving in about 1 foot of water at the time,it got higher later . She hadnt even got close to where the water was deep thats why It startled me when her lights disapeared

Lightbulb Sorry FM...

Littlebit tore me up there for a second....

Personally, I'd let anyone in distress ride in my truck, wet or not. Material things aren't as important as people in my world view.

I think I'd have used the opportunity to make a lasting friend instead of a humiliated enemy...

JMHO...your truck, your call.

Loved the story!

When we were stationed in Panama, a low spot in the road between Fts Gulick and Davis would sometimes flood in the heavy rains at the beginning of rainy season. My husband was there one morning attempting to go to work when a guy in a VW bug decided to try it. He apparently figured that since VW's float, he could go right through. He forgot about current. Hubby said he got partway across, and then the cross current took him. When the water went down a few days later, they pulled the remains of the VW out of the jungle.

Hubby came home, and waited for the truck the company sent for the guys stuck on Gulick. He always was smarter than the average bear....

I guess I'm not living right.
Here he runs across naked women everywhere, and I have yet to find one out and about.
Maybe I'm using the wrong pickup?

This happened in the train yard that I own...You probably won't believe this, but aside from that pile of lumber, do you know what these boxcars were hauling?

You guessed it! Naked Women!

The few who were clothed ran in my direction and I said, "Whoa! Stop right there and get naked!"

I figured that if naked women were running to other houses for help, why should I accept only the clothed ones?

As soon as they removed their clothes, I let them come in and call their husbands. I even gave them some of my clothes to wear while I tried on some of theirs.

When the husbands and fathers started arriving, they acted like I was some kind of idiot, so I just went out and parked my truck right on all of those women's clothes...LOL.

The NTSB has sure had a time sorting all of it out. I even offered each of the husbands and fathers a piece of the lumber...

The picture proves all of this is true, because it shows the men discussing the lumber pile near the wreck in my train yard...
