You might look at finnsheep VERY productive a good ewe will have as many as 6 (shoot for 3 or 4 its easyer on everybody) lambs at a time ,lamb 3 times in 2 years,Mine were almost a no care Item, sheared once a year , on good pasture and hay and thats about all they need.They will eat anything a goat will and do better on it .Fiber, meat, milk , draft and fertilizer, tough to beat and in a compact easy to handle package .A small well cared for herd would bring top money for breeding stock lambs too.
