It's one thing when people dump unwanted pets (especially dogs) on your property. Personally, I would have no problem helping a scared, hungry stray, although it would be going to the pound.

However, it's a completely different situation when dumped pet dogs survive, form feral breeding packs, and attack your ten-year-old brother's pet turkey in broad daylight.
